Teacups, shoes and hummingbirds...
I entered this sketch a contest to paint the hoarding for the new Anthropologie store in Edinburgh. It's all a bit random but I like it. I might even paint it on my wall at home...

More Bad Mice
Here are two spreads that I did for the picture book I am working on - It's an adaptation of "The Tale of Two Bad Mice" by Beatrix Potter.

"The Tale of Two Bad Mice" work in progress...
This is for the scene where the mice, Tom Thumb and Hunca Munca first spot the delicious food on the dining room table. In the original it's ham, lobsters, fish and fruit. But in my version I've changed it into an amazing tea with big cakes, buns, trifle and biscuits. (maybe strawberries and cream too...) Shame it all turns out to be fake.

The Tale of Two Bad Mice

I'm working on a young children's picture book version of "The Tale of Two Bad Mice" by Beatrix Potter. This is as far as I am with it now - using post-it notes to work out how to pace the story through the pages of the book! I've still got to sort out some sections before I start on the actual artwork for the book...
ps I have been reliably informed that 'scrabbled' isn't a word - what do you think?
